People care about simple solutions to complex problems
We often build the most complex solutions, but forget what the user is asking for.
They just want the most simple solution, so they can go on with their life.
Users don’t care that:
* Your little web shop runs behind a 500 cluster Kubernetes infrastructure
* Your application is a micro service or (distributed) monolith architecture
* Your application is built using language Rust, Python, PHP or Java
* Your team consists of a single indie hacker or a 500 person dev team
* You switch your JS framework every week just to stay on top of the game
* Your support processes are completely automated or single human threaded
